National Small College Rugby Organization. 2015 Central Region Playoffs - Wisconsin-River Falls vs Wayne State. The 2015-2016 NSCRO Playoffs begin on Nov. 7. There are over 200 mens and 100 womens teams in the hunt for the Small College National Championship. The Womens National Championship has taken a major step forward with the selection of the Rugby Athletic Center as its venue on Dec. 5-6. NSCRO reserves the right to reject and remove any images or video that is deemed as not appropriate or offensive.
