Quick recap if you haven't been following along. I'm 12.5 months post of for labral repair, bone shaving to treat cam and pincer impingement and synovectomy. I've had a great recovery so far, but only found the courage to start running again a few weeks ago. I've been running 3 weeks now and it's been wonderful! As always, I'll keep you posted!
