Although I wasn’t quite as careful about what I drank this weekend, I was a little more cautious about what I ate. Although I had originally planned to to the 6 Week 6-Pack video tonight, I think I’ll try the yoga instead. The workout is very intense, especially for a beginner like moi, but it will still allow me to stretch out those achy muscles. Is there anything wrong with getting on my office floor and doing some light stretching?
