The Davis Chronicles: Random update...
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2015/07/random-update.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Wednesday, July 15, 2015. I know I have become a slacker in the blogging dept. No need to try and excuse myself right? Life is crazy and this is just a back burner thing I wish I had time and brain energy to spend time on. Oh well. Let me just give a random update. Then in her handwriting and literacy, where the class was writing stories in paragraph form using adverbials and chronological order and such. She really has done awesome in working hard to...

The Davis Chronicles: July 2014
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Wednesday, July 16, 2014. Well, we are back in AL and feeling the jet lag. I wanted to blog more the last week we were in England, but I guess we were too busy having fun. So what all did we do after my last post. We got to spend lots of time with most everyone in the church. Made me more hungry to get back over there and be able to spend more time building those relationships :). I am sure there is stuff I am missing, but I will blame it on the jet lag.

The Davis Chronicles: 2 months today!
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2015/06/2-months-today.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Friday, June 5, 2015. I realize I haven't blogged in a month and there is much more I could blog about that has been going on this last month, but today- my little man is 2 months old. And that is what I want to write about. What else can I say about him. Let's do a random list, since it is still early and I haven't had my tea or coffee quite yet. He is quite the smiler now. His whole face lights up when he smiles. Melts me. So far (knock on wood), I have...

The Davis Chronicles: September 2014
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Saturday, September 27, 2014. Today, my baby girl turns 2 years old. To be honest, this is probably my least favorite age, but she is still a cutie and totally worth celebrating and keeping around ;). So what all is Evie up to these days. She can pitch a fit with the best of them. She will throw herself on the ground and scream. Bless her. She is talking more and more these days. She doesn't know a stranger most of the time. She will go up and talk to...

The Davis Chronicles: Sarah Kate turns 7!
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2015/06/sarah-kate-turns-7.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Monday, June 15, 2015. Sarah Kate turns 7! So we decided on a tea party where we were hoping to have a garden (back yard) party where to kids could play and do everything outside. But we live in England, so in typical fashion, it rains yesterday. Party is therefore set up inside. Next came the food. The food we made (per SK's request) was chicken salad sandwiches, doritos, and fruit). If you are American, you know what chicken salad is, right? Not a dish ...

Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Thursday, January 29, 2015. Wellwe are less than 2 weeks from our move date. I feel like we have been running like crazy most days trying to do so many things to get ready to go and barely had time for processing what is about to happen. I am so excited, yet grieving as well. Since I can barely think clearly.I will give you my thoughts in list format. I went to my last OB appt. yesterday. I am now 30 weeks! Then I cried at church. I have held back tea...

The Davis Chronicles: Typical day...
http://kingdomforkingdom.blogspot.com/2015/06/typical-day.html
Seeking the Kingdom of God in the United Kingdom. Tuesday, June 9, 2015. I thought it might be fun to share what a typical day looks like here for us in England. While there are many days that aren't "typical", here is what a day looks like that we don't have sometime out of the norm to do. When SK gets home, she practices piano and does any homework she might have then we have dinner together. It was an interesting, long day. That is one way I can sum it up. We were all so tired by the time we g...I did...
