Vanilla Essence – 10 -12 drops. Cocoa Powder – 4 tbsp. 1 Boil the milk. Keep aside 2 cups. 2 In 2 cups of milk, add the rawa and 1 tbsp ghee and cook well. 3 Add 1 cup sugar and boil well, till the mixture becomes thickish, but good enough to be spread on a plate. 8 Cut into squares when the mixture is warm itself. Coriander seeds – 5 tbsp. Red chillies – 15 (Whole). Kashmiri Red Chillies – 6 (Whole). Kokum petals – 8. Triphal – 10 nos. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp. Garlic – 10 flakes (crushed). Oil – 4 tsp. 1 Marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric and keep aside. 5 When the prawns cook, add triphal and kokum petals and bring to a boil.
