August 27, 2011. Nutclough Housing Co-operative purchased the Nutclough Tavern in December 2002. Current residents are nine humans, two dogs, one cat and thousands of bees (all called bee). We each have a small private space. The majority of the old pub and gardens is communal and we encourage neighbours, guests and the local community to enjoy the studio and large terraced hillside gardens.
