It's time for a healthier you. So heres the deal. The idea is to eat many 100 to 300 calorie meals constantly throughout the day. I try to eat something every two to three hours, which is almost exactly what I did before I started this challenge except now they are low calorie healthy choices. Of The Challenge are:. Eat under 1,500 calories a day of high quality, low calorie foods. Eat a small sized meal every two to three hours. Try to have a step count of at least 10,000 steps per day, preferably 15,000.
