For a sweet, healthy desert. Strawberries, bananas, and yogurt blended with a little orange juice makes a good smoothie. Instead of fried foods. Or potato chips, choose most of your fats and oils from fish, nuts, and vegetable oils. You don’t have a lot of time for breakfast, grab a piece of fruit for a quick breakfast!
