February 27, 2009 at 3:03 am. This is a post on a scientific research carried out by my group mate and me on a dish named chicken kurma. To prepare this dish, you will need to have the following ingredients:-. 600 gram chicken drumstick/wings (cut into pieces). 2 cups diluted coconut milk. 1 cup thick coconut milk. 2 red chillies (chopped). 3 cm piece cinnamon stick. 3 cm piece ginger (grated). 4 cloves garlic (crushed). 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric. Electron Transport Chain (ETC).
