Healthy Fun with Food. Slow roast lamb with veggies. March 6, 2012. Most of my posts are about healthy food fast. Indeed this is how I cook most of the time. But this one brings a lovely change of pace, and is best cooked on a rainy weekend at home, whilst pottering about doing other things. Friends to share it with. Lamb leg or shoulder. A lovely friend asked for a post on “baby foods with quinoa and other Eucale type ingredients” (for her 7 month old).
