These little gems are a collaboration of some different recipes I have tried out after some tweaking and some trial and error this is what finally came out of it. The pecans in this recipe can be toasted and cooled prior to adding to get a buttery and nuttier flavour. Makes about 18-20 macaroons. 2 medium sized very ripe (spotty) bananas, mashed. 2 cups medium shredded unsweetened coconut.

Tahini is the most consistent ingredient used to make hummous and it is a fantastic source of nutrition!
