Could also be modified into burritos, enchiladas, etc). 1 - 15 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, browned and shredded. 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes or Rotell. 1/2 large onion, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 Tb chili powder. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1 tsp garlic salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Juice of one lime. 1 1/2 cups water. Put all ingredients into a crockot and cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.

As pleased as I was, I had no idea that we had such an abundancy of peaches on our backyard treee, and WOW, with all the moisture this year, it went crazy! In addition, our blackberries and raspberries are always plentiful, so they're beautiful as always! I'm enjoying your great postings! I hope you have many more good years of peaches and berries! Cinnamon. 1 tsp Black Pepper. 1 tsp Chili Powder. 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped. 4 Clove of Garlic, minced. 2 tsp Chopped Jalepenos w/ juice. 1/2 - 1 C. Shredded Cheddar. Seared Sea Scallops on a bed of Fettucine topped with a Lemon Wine Cream Sauce, served with a side of garlic bread and seared asparagus. 1# large sea scallops. 1/2 box of fettucine. 2 Tb olive oil. 6 cloves garlic, minced. 2 Tb dried minced onions (1/4 fresh onion, minced). 1 Tb green onions/scallions sliced (*optional).
