Resepi yang saya guna ni hasil olahan dari pelbagai resepi roti yg saya ada and pernah cuba. Roti ni lembut dan tak perlukan bread improver atau bread softner. 1 camt yis segera(saya guna mauripan). 200 g tepung roti. 50 g tpg wholemeal. 20 g lemak sayuran(shortening). 40 g gula halus. 1 camb susu tepung.
