Monday, August 3, 2015. Sunday was another triathlon The Self Transcendence at Elk Lake. I have no race pictures yet, the picture above was from our warm up swim Saturday, with my fantastic coach Lindsey Millar. In the centre in Tri Stars green! It was my first ever NO wetsuit race, and it went pretty well! I had hoped to finish in a time under 2 hours but I finished in 2 hours and 3 min. Still my fastest race yet! Pour cette fois, l’argile sur mon mandrin se brise à plusieurs reprises. Une fois lorsque je fais ma spirale, une autre fois après avoir mis les points et finalement lorsque la perle est presque formée laissant des traces d’argile dans le verre de la perle. Hi - I found your blog searching for info on UVic Family Housing, as we (husband, son and I) are moving into family housing on October 1st! Anyways, I just thought Id leave a comment to say hello. Oh, and a rice cooker can do amazing things in a dorm room, and there are lots of recipes online. Also a toaster oven and a slow cooker, all of which should be allowed.
