Cheddar/ raisins/ chocolate chips/ anything you like. F 3,5 speed 1/640 ISO 200. Mix the flour, sugar and instant yeast. Heat the milk until simmer, turn off the heat. Add the eggs and whisk until frothy. Pour the milk mixture into flour mixtures, keep whisking until the batter is uniform. F 3,5 speed 1/320 ISO 200.

It only contains frozen banana, honey and milk powder (which you can skip anyway to make it dairy free). Blend them, freeze them then voila, in the next day you have a full bowl of non guilty pleasure. Kid friendly, money friendly, no churn, no ice cream maker and healthy!
