On June 4, 2009 - Minister Strahl advised that the Federal Government would not be challenging the decision of the Courts of BC in relation to the Sharon McIvor court case. Sharon McIvor's victory applauded by public-sector union. The Public Service Alliance of Canada issued a news release. Today (June 4) to offer congratulations to Sharon McIvor.
