As random as they may be. Just my thoughts…. Be the model you wish other’s to follow. I recently returned from a three-week job related humanitarian effort in a remote part of the world. The first week was training. Week two was working on my own. Week three was training my successor. As someone who was trained and then to have the job of training the next person, I realized there are two mind sets one could use to achieve this task. To ineffectively train your successor so you look better in comparison.
