Life on the Ranch. Inside walls and roof go up! I think they did the walls and roof in about 4 days - way faster than Clifford and I could have done it! Starting to look like a house! A/C and heating ducts - looks like a big spaceship in the attic. The plumbing router - blue=cold, red=hot. All the plugs and lines installed in the ICF. The electrical panel - I'm glad Clifford knows what it all means! This is how we cut the ICF Styrofoam in order to install plugs/lights on the exterior walls.

Life on the Ranch. All the sheetrock ready to put up. Now if we can just find some good painters! Found one.have gun, will paint! The floor 'revealed' for a few minutes. One bedroom done - Ricegrain is the color. How do you spray both sides of the door without waiting for it to dry. rig up a handy hanger on the stock trailer! Baseboards all primed and painted - had to take into the barn because of the rain. The machine that's paid for itself - paint sprayer, don't build a house without it!

We had most of it sub-contracted out, but we did the electrical and painting ourselves. Needless to say, we've learned a lot about what to do and not-to-do! Life on the Ranch. We walked back a ways on the ranch and found this 'fresh' dead cow. Not sure what got it, but probably coyotes. It was full-grown cow, so that's weird. They usually only get the young ones. Finally cleaned out all the old boards and stuff lying around and took it to the burn pile. Somewhere on here is a 2' snake that we also found and killed. The fence is done! Yeah, no more getting out to open/close the gates when we leave or come home. Going for a algae bath. Zoe loving on Brinka.

Life on the Ranch. I'd had enough and figured I had nothing to lose, so I went - and life has never been the same since. Since August 2009, I've learned that I'm strong and that I can do so much more than I EVER thought I could do. This is about the journey. Row 2000 meters in 4:06 minutes (box record for girls). Back squat 190# (3 rep max). Front squat 135# (1-rep). Overhead squat #110 (3-rep). Dead lift 255# (1-rep). Bench press 105 (1-rep). Run a mile in 8. Graduate to only one band for pull-ups.
