Matmuffins med broccoli och ädelost. At 12:54 e m. Insåg att det var över ett år sedan som jag skrev ett inlägg här på bloggen…. Idag vill jag tipsa om matmuffins, något som jag bakade häromdagen. I orginalreceptet ska det vara spenat och fetaost men jag tog istället broccoli och ädelost samt valde andra mjölsorter, så här blev mitt recept;. Ugnstemperatur 200 grader. Blanda 3 dl vetemjöl. Eller om jag tog 2 dl vetemjöl och 2 dl rågmjöl, minns inte), 2 tsk bakpulver. I en bunke. Fördela 100 g margarin.
