Sunday, 26 April 2009. The floral pattern was created using high res photos of beautifully coloured flowers. I delibrately used a zoomed section of each blossom to steer away from the ordinary. Getting away from its original circular or curved floral finish, I chose to leave then in individual square backgrounds to give it a graphic and clean-looking finish. Sunday, 26 April 2009. I also visited the Victoria and Albert Museum which led me to stay away from the typical William Morris look of rugs or wall paper designs. It wasn't the finish I wanted to give my design. It didn't capture the modern, young and stylish look I wanted to create. I continued to search for inspiration from various sites, designs and images, some of which I started using to put together wrap ideas I later declined from using. After viewing all 55 shots I proceeded to amending a few with enhancing, re-lighting and focusing as my hands were not steady for certain shots.
