Sleep Is For the Weak: December 2009
http://lessthan100winks.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Sleep Is For the Weak. Wednesday, December 30, 2009. So, due to the holiday schedule and other obstacles, we have not changed our sleep patterns yet. I haven't been able to control my plans during the day since I spent most days at amusement parks with my cousins and Mara just got her wisdom teeth out! But, we will start soon! We want too start at the same time, so we are waiting until our lives are less hectic. Please be patient. Friday, December 25, 2009. Photo taken from gooahucard.com.

Sleep Is For the Weak: Night #4
http://lessthan100winks.blogspot.com/2010/01/night-4.html
Sleep Is For the Weak. Monday, January 4, 2010. I finally got the schedule down. I went to bed around 3 am and woke up around 8 am. I took a nap at 2 pm and then again at 4 pm. I feel less tired than the previous days - not on my A game, but much better than yesterday. The two cups of coffee at the Korean tofu house probably helped. Also, I can proudly say I did something productive today. Shocked? Still from Disney's Cinderella. Also, I played Dragon Age. January 5, 2010 at 12:22 AM. Nights #6 and #7.

Sleep Is For the Weak: Night #5
http://lessthan100winks.blogspot.com/2010/01/night-5.html
Sleep Is For the Weak. Wednesday, January 6, 2010. My body has successfully adjusted to the schedule. I went to bed around 2 am and woke up at 7 am. Since I knew that I was going to be spending the day with my biff, I went back to sleep 10 minutes later for 40 minutes instead of taking 2 forty minute naps in the afternoon. Hopefully, tomorrow, I can take my naps. And Be With Me. Both are foreign films (very cliché for a college student, I know). Taken from cinemarama.wordpress.com. And Love, Actually.

Sleep Is For the Weak: What's Going Down
http://lessthan100winks.blogspot.com/2010/01/whats-going-down.html
Sleep Is For the Weak. Thursday, January 28, 2010. So, Mara and I underestimated our sleep habits (or lack thereof) when we're on campus. We tried the first weekend to do the schedule and then. we failed. The project is over. Can you function on a very small amount of sleep and then, naps throughout the day? Yes It is possible, but not the best thing for your mental and physical health. Was it worth it? Should you do this? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Mara's Sleep Is For the Weak. Sleep Is For the Weak: Night #2
http://lessthan100winks.blogspot.com/2010/01/night-2.html
Sleep Is For the Weak. Saturday, January 2, 2010. The second night went far better than the first. I went to bed around 3 am and woke up around 8 am. However, I didn't take my two naps. Instead, I saw Avatar. I watched this instead of sleeping. I had a light headache thanks to my lack of sleep. And I didn't even do anything produce in my extra hours awake. I surfed stumbleupon.com. And played Palisade Guardian 2. Capture from addictinggames.com. Third time's a charm, right? Mara's Sleep Is For the Weak.

Sleep Is For the Weak. Friday, January 8, 2010. EW and Current Schedule. So last night was an EPIC failure! I forgot to change my alarm, so I was still on the Everyman 2-nap schedule. :( I did manage to clean the house today and see Sherlock Holmes. Also, I am sad to say that my muscles are complaining from yesterday's workout. I'm so weak now! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Andrea and Mara. Students at Emerson College.
