A day in the life of a newcomer to a big city. Friday, February 5, 2010. I'm reading Lawrence Ferlinghetti's "A Coney Island of the Mind" so i don't actually have to visit Coney Island. Today is Friday, Feb. 5th, and its high time I wrote some more songs. Today is going to be a songwriting day. The only time I'm going to take a break from songwriting is to eat and possibly run if I get stuck. There will be no showering, there will be no TV, and there will be no going to the bathroom.
