Petersen Living: September 2008
http://petersenliving.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 28, 2008. Make a Smilebox scrapbook. Friday, September 26, 2008. Five years old is the magic age to get to go on the train to Salt Lake with my mom. She brought treats and a new toy for the journey, but they were hardly noticed because of the excitement of the train itself. Getting to walk from car-to-car to go to the bathroom was such an added bonus. Monday, September 22, 2008. Outstanding in Their Field. Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Monday, March 14, 2011. Saturday was the big race! Brock made his big debut at his first 5K race, the Rex Lee Run. It's a race put on each year to support cancer research and honor those who have been effected by the disease. We had a great time running the 5K with Ross, Brock's brother, and crossing paths with many friends. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Keeping up with Yesterday. A place I love. Washington D.C. Petersen Living: July 2008
http://petersenliving.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 9, 2008. Our first legs that were up in the Valley, by my parents house. We both ran in the middle of the night, and that was our favorite part! I was so hot, and had only slept 1 hour in the past 30 hrs, but was able to finish strong w/ the help of my team! Cody took the last 4 miles up to the top, and didn't stop to walk at all! Keep in mind, he is NOT a runner, and has only run outside (for fun) 5 times in his whole life! We can't wait for next year! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). JAKEN: ...

Sunday, October 24, 2010. It's still weeks until Thanksgiving, but I think I'm well overdue in creating a gratitude post. Here's the beginning to a list to be lengthened:. Sunshine on crisp Fall days. Morning runs with Conz and Steph. Sincere and helpful Professors. Meaningful work and inspiring co-workers. The rest o...

LONG FAMILY: Beach
http://longfamily20.blogspot.com/2011/11/beach.html
LEE, ANNA, HAILEY, MALERIE, AVI and BRANSON. Friday, November 4, 2011. After spending time in Hawaii, the Oregon Coast Beach was not my kind of beach. That was not the case for the kids. They didn't care how cold it was, they wanted to be right in the water. We stopped in Oceanside first. It was really cold and windy so we just walked out on the beach. No swimming suits this time. You can see Avi saying "cold" in this picture as she is walking out of the water. Griffin and Whitney McNabb.

Tuesday, May 20, 2008. This past Saturday was the Ogden Marathon. Cody and I ran it in a relay team with 2 of my other friends and one other husband. It was the first time either Cody or I had ran in it, and it was so much fun! My leg was 7 miles, and Cody's was 5 miles. He is fast and only got passed by one person! We took the bus to the finish and were able to see Stace finish! Lots of people looked like they were going to die, but she was hardly sweating! We can't wait until next year! I either have 1...

http://longfamily20.blogspot.com/2011/11/oregon-coast.html
LEE, ANNA, HAILEY, MALERIE, AVI and BRANSON. Friday, November 4, 2011. After living in Oregon for 6 years we finally took our first trip to the Oregon Coast this summer. We have been to the other side of the state for football playoffs and watching Utah play, but thats about it. We started our road trip and the kids were great. They are so good when it comes to driving long distances in the car. The tour of the cheese factory was nice, but I was there for the icecream. The girls with their yummy ice cream.
