Musings on coffee from Auckland, New Zealand. Why are there no signature coffees? August 29, 2015. One of my favourite things in the U.K. was going places, and just asking them to surprise me with a good black coffee, or milky, etc… If only it was one step further. Maybe if the hot water was boiled with cinnamon in it, and then put through a v60? I don’t know, but there’s one way to find out isn’t there.
