North Range Road is a public road (yes, a ROAD) in the Manawatu. You can find the road on the map. Once we'd gone through, it's time to dig a trench and drain the muddy water down the hill so that we wouldn't get stuck again on our way back. The road passes the largest wind farm in the southern hemisphere (see Jeep Jamboree. Let's get the spade out! Girls can do anything! Murky water slowly drained down the slope. We kept it even when we were living in Singapore a few years ago, a decision that defies logics or financial reasons (especially for a bean-counter!
