The proceeds benefit a summer camp at the local college here. The girls had a great time at that camp this past summer and we hope to have them and Garrett attend next year. We went to Five Guys Bugers N Fries for dinner and really enjoyed those delicious burgers and huge servings of fries! Such a beautiful young lady.

This recipe was inspired by Homemade Mommy. 1/2 c sunflower seed butter. 2 tsp baking powder. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add bananas, mashing and mixing. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Melt coconut oil in non-stick skillet over low-medium heat. Pour 1/4 c batter per pancake into skillet. Cook until fairly well set up (very little jiggle when skillet is wiggled).
