It was an assault with a firearm case. Very interesting how our legal system works. Defense attorney says, "Don't make any judgments yet until you hear the whole case". Then he stops talking. LOL. Open and shut, right? My takeaways for you future criminals:. 1 You can always spin even the most open and shut case to be more favorable to you.

I've worked a crappy desk job for the last two years and would gladly take a kick in the balls if it meant I could walk away a free man.
