Life with the Rendons! Sunday, May 8, 2011. Being Home- Week 1. We were home for three weeks and had a blast. During these three weeks there was never a dull moment. Our typical first bar stop is always Rusty's. We love it because it is a couple miles from home and they have great food and drinks. We got to enjoy this evening with my parents. Gina and DJ got their marriage license for their upcoming nuptials in October. No party is complete without a pinata. Everyone got in on the fun! Sunday, May 1, 2011.

Life with the Rendons! Saturday, January 10, 2015. We had a busy 2014 but definitely looking forward to what 2015 has in store for us. We did a lot of family time during the holidays and it was really nice to have Cesario home. I spent the New Year with my family in LA. We went to the Rose Bowl Parade, Santa Anita Horse Races and managed to get to Downtown Disney! I had a great time but it was nice to get home to the girls and our house. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). If you are lucky you will get called to your local Japanese consulate in February for an interview. And if you are luckier still you will receive an acceptance letter in April telling you that you have a placement in Japan to teach as an Assistant Language Teacher. Didn’t I say that I wanted to live in a foreign country?

Life with the Rendons! Sunday, March 1, 2015. Half Marathon Training.9 weeks down, 3 to go! I was super stoked and could not believe I had actually done it. I realized that I did much better without the in the interval runs I had on set up on my watch. This past week I ran without intervals and did quite a bit better on my overall run. Next week I will run my last long run until race day and I will set out on a 10 mile run. I'm hoping it goes as well as yesterday did. December 2, 2015 at 1:12 AM.

Life with the Rendons! Sunday, February 10, 2013. Supporting our Sacred Heart Campus Catholics. Today's meal is rigatoni with italian sausage! Friday, February 1, 2013. On January 24, 2013 we lost our beloved Maggie Mae. We could not be more heartbroken but take comfort in the fact that she is no longer suffering. We adopted our munchkin in August 2008 at age 11.5 and had 4.5 wonderful years with her. We all learned so much from our little MagPie! Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.
