Nothing is more relaxing to me then laying out in the sun! I'ts amazing how much a little much needed vitamin D will do for ones well being and attitude! I recomend to all, get some sun the fun way! Get out to OakLake and have some relax time while the sun is out and it's still warm enough to enjoy it! I think you will find it a great stress releiver!
