This project will include 312 units to be located near James Way and Oak Park Blvd in Pismo Beach. Impact on traffic, environment and water to the Oak Park area may be significant. On 3/15/2012 LAFCO Voted 5-2 to deny annexation of the Los Robles del Mar parcel into the City of Pismo Beach (see the "Latest News" for more details).
