For scheduled rides, follow the ride calendar. Faster Fun Training Ride. Training rides are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights, AND NEW FOR 2016, Saturday and Sunday mornings. About Oak Park Cycle Club. As a social club, most OPCC rides are recreational and non-competitive, although we recognize that many of our members do enjoy faster training rides, so we encourage anyone who is interested to suggest it at a club meeting. Saturday, October 13, 2007. Ordway to Pueblo, racing the storm. Hit 300 miles today. So folks in these parts relish talking about the weather. A nasty storm is coming in tonight. 'It's nice here except when it's bad. And when it is bad it is real. Running around as I was coming in to Pueblo. Chris got moving even earlier than me. He is heading up to Monarch Pass. May get snow up there tonight. Not for me. Didn't bring my chains for my bike tires. Probably on to Ness City, KS next. Day 12 Part Deux.

Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Day 12 Part Deux. So, I made it in to Sterling. The Sterling Inn, very convenient, but the smallest room I have ever seen. The full sized bed, then just enough room for my bike then the wall, maybe 5 feet wide. Here is downtown Sterling. Some nice old architecture mixed up with some semi abandoned buildings.
