Highland Park: City of Trees. Saturday, July 21, 2012. Let me summarize the past four weeks. Disclaimer: this could be a long post, but I will attempt to add pictures to keep it interesting. We've had a few groups join us this summer. We had 5 students with Campus Crusade who are part of the Summer in The City project come for 2 weeks. Also, the Street team with Youthworks. Here in Detroit joined us for a week. Child Evangelism Fellowship. Such a simple thing kept them entertained for an hr and a half!

Highland Park: City of Trees. Thursday, June 28, 2012. This past weekend, Rachel & I took one of my favorite families to Belle Isle for the day. While exhausting, it was still such a wonderful time. I was so glad that the grandmother and two moms also came along. This added not only help with the 11 kids, but also a great time for the family to relax and just enjoy each other.
