The Conversion of a 19th century barn into a 3 bedroom house, this development was completed for a private client to live in. Existing foundations were underpinned; original stone walls repaired and rebuilt in traditional lime render. The original oak frame was repaired and replaced; the roof stripped, repaired and then re tiled in hand made clay tiles. The works also comprised building a new stable block and garage, as well as extensive external works. Download Case study (PDF).

Treloar College provides further education to students with special needs. We were appointed to carry out the complete refurbishment of their swimming pool and changing facilities. The project had a number of challenges due to the proximity of the site to the college and the special requirements of the students that we were required to work around.
