Saturday, November 13, 2010. Want to feel old? About 9-10 months ago, I slipped on the stairs. Nothing spectacular, but I landed on my bottom. BTDT, no big deal. After a couple of days, the soreness was gone. I got those results - 2 bulging discs (L2-3 and L 4-5) and an annular tear at L4-5. Um, no wonder. She referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Molly had her surgery last week and is recovering well. She was spayed and declawed. The girls are really busy with school and both have projects coming up soon. They both have Reading Fair and Carlyn has to make a biome. I am tired of school projects. We just got finished with a bug collection. Noelle has 2 more soccer games and she is done for the year. Carlyn finished in mid October. I wish I could say things will slow down soon but you know how the holiday season is!

Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Much has gone on in the last few months. Racing season has started and I've even tried my hand at kart racing. I'm really looking forward to trying it again. I feel if I could just stop giggling while racing, I'd do much better! I also was offered a deal with a kart racing magazine for my photos. Pretty exciting stuff. We are getting better, but there are moments when I just want to rage at the higher power. Why? What are we supposed to learn from this? I just don't get it.
