Liberals created Social Security and lifted millions of elderly people out of poverty. Liberals ended segregation. Liberals passed the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act. Liberals created Medicare. Liberals passed the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act. What did Conservatives do? They opposed them on every one of those things.

First, he appeared in the University of California at Davis for a short debate with his fellow democratic candidates. Next, the senator was off to the airport to fly back to Illinois to cast his vote before heading to a give a speech at a rally for the Super Tuesday primaries. Overall, the debate in Davis showed the senator poised, calm, cool, and collected. A nominee will be elected to represent the Democratic Party.
