To me, there is nothing quite like framing a photograph. Looking through the viewfinder and placing the subject and background in an aesthetically pleasing manner is an amazing thing. Catching that once in a lifetime moment – that split second that will never happen again – is breathtaking. There is nothing like the rush of knowing you have captured pure beauty for everyone else to see. Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window). Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). 49 / 52 : “Happy Day”. Spring is here…finally, sort-a. This is my husbands Spring Break from work, and for the most part, the high temperatures are in the 50’s. However, on the day we arrived home from spending a wonderful Easter weekend with my in-laws, the weather was so gorgeous we had to get outside! Yesterday we grabbed some bubbles, my son’s airplane, a blanket…and NO jackets, HELLO…then headed over to Colonial Williamsburg for an afternoon of playing. 49 / 52 : “Happy Day”. April 3, 2013. The Writing Process…. November 4, 2015. Prewrite, write, revise, edit, rewrite, publish. As I have completed more and more hours of observing Mr. Z’s classroom, I have been able too see how much he cares about his students writing. He acknowledges that writing is a process, and takes his students through the writing process, step by step. Unlike my 5. Writing is never rushed in Mr. Z’s classroom. Mr. E was determined in developing good writers and he acknowledged that teaching writing as a process works&...

Observing Gothenburg: The Blog
Observing Gothenburg: The Blog. Just a blog about Gothenburg and its surroundings by an Englishman who thinks of it as home. I‘ve just learned how to make planets from 360º photo panoramas. This is my first successful effort. The picture is based on eight photos taken in Gustaf Adolfs Torg here in Gothenburg on the first sunny day in April (4th). I stitched them together with Photoshop’s panorama tool then used Photoshop’s Polar Cordinates distortion tool to make the planet. Links to this post. In the ev...

Keep creating. 8220;Do a huge volume of work. Put yourself on a deadline”. From Seesmic to Uber Paris. January 9, 2012. It seems like ages. Since I’ve written on this blog, and it seems almost like I don’t know quite where to start, so I guess I’ll pick up sort of where I left off. Last fall, I had just started working with Seesmic.
