Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Forget the mixer, everyone should make cookie dough by hand. It's more fun and you get a bit of a 'workout' HA! To help burn off all those cookies you end up eating. I had a hard time incorporating all the flour in so I ended up using my hands, which gets kinda messy, but at least that's more cookie dough for me to snack on. I flatten my cookies so they actually spread. Based on CI's Snickerdoodle. 2 3/4 cup flour. 1/4 tsp cream of tartar. 3/4 tsp baking soda. 1 cup white sugar.
