Welcome to OCD Free! This blog is set up with two primary goals:. 1) To raise awareness about what OCD and the lesser known form Pure-O are really like, to either those that don't suffer from the disorder but are interested, or to sufferers that want to know more about what they're experiencing. 2) To act as a support network to those with the disorder that need help, either anonymously or openly in asks. It just means it's temporarily shut due to build up and/or revision due to upcoming exams. :).

I love pumpkin spice lattes, gingerbread and caramel brûlée lattes, and peppermint mochas. In order to save a little money, I've been trying to create holiday coffees that I can make at home, without buying special syrups. I'd love to hear your favorite coffee recipes, feel free to share! I'm all done with my Thanksgiving baking! The whole thing...

More and more when I try to feel or when my therapist asks me what I feel and where I feel it I simply feel very little. She asks, Are you in your body? Is that the price of abuse?
