Thursday, April 12, 2012. Cory loves his Daddy. He looks out the window waiting for him to come home from work and says "dada". Anthony is such a great help in the morning while I'm working, but that means he often misses Cory's bedtime because he has to stay at work late. It's a happy day when we get to see him before bed! These two earned their Eagles and were awarded with the Eagle pin. Anthony was given two Eagle Mentor pins (one from each of them). It was one guy and he was doing it with a sledgehammer. It was loud. Apparently effective, but loud. The idea is to repour the roof of this old coal chute and make it water tight. Cory-monster is now 11 months old as of the 26 th. I can't believe he will be one next month! Here are some of the highlights of month 11:. Got his first teeth! Teething has been a bit of a sleep nightmare, but somehow we survive. Is now attached to mommy and gets upset if I leave the room (sweet, but can be annoying).

I did manage to finish the toy room wall project I have been scheming about. I got this idea from a blog post. From My Sister's Suitcase and luckily, they sell the hexagons on Etsy. So all I had to do was paint and stick. That's my kind of wall art. We had it done in time for a mid-afternoon Memorial Day dinner outside.
