Who is Ricard Buxo? I lived and worked in liveaboard boats (in Israel initially and later in Egypt) for 5 years. I also started doing UW photography. And writing stories for diving magazines. Every reef I dived, and on my last year in the region I put together a little booklet, Miniguide to the Southern Egyptian Red Sea , which sold well. When I began working in liveaboard diving I soon started doing underwater photography and publishing stories for diving magazines in Egypt, Israel and Spain. This has continued to now, an activity I make compatible with the supervision of the operations of S.M.Y. Ondina. The knowledge gained over 12 years sailing and diving in Indonesia, operating my own charter business ( S.M.Y. Ondina. Means I am well qualified to guide other boats through this region. Add to this the fact that I am multi-lingual - including Malay-Indonesian - and have visited most of the interesting areas in the eastern part of the archipelago.
