Do the work yourself or get help from tradesmen you hire. Rates are $10/ft to haul, block and launch. 35 cents/ft/day for lay time. Owners should hire licensed and insured contractors to work on their boats. Owners should inspect and give final approval to the placement of the lifting straps before lifting may begin. Located on the West side of the ICW on the beautiful Eau Gallie River (formerly named the Elbow Creek) in the historic Eau Gallie Arts District of Melbourne. There are 60 modern slips accommodating boats to 60 plus feet. 30 and 50 amp electric service. Cable TV and Phone (must be contracted with provider). Telephone, Fax and Copy Service. Pay for 6 days in advance, get the 7th day free. Pay for 24 days in advance, get the full month. Slips 6 and 7 accommodate 1 - 60 plus foot boat or 2 - 30 plus foot boats.
