1 x per week $80 per session. 2 x per week $75 per session. 3 x per week $70 per session. Sessions are sold in 4-week packages and are 1 hour in length. Semi-Personal Training (2 clients per session):. 8 classes for $160 ($20 per class). Maximum of 5 students per class. Private 1/2 hour Training and TRX 1/2 hour training :. In this fitness class we focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and toning. We use a variety of equipment, medicine balls, free weights, TRX bands and more.
