Ian Perkins, director of Perkins Architects, has been designing childcare and early learning centres since the mid-1980s. With almost 100 centres completed, many of which are in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Perkins has seen their development and growth, as well as their changes over the decades. The Ocean Grove Toy Library was successful in obtaining the Carlisle Homes. Ocean Grove families will be the big winners from a new $15,000 grant to improve Ocean Grove Toy Library. Toys must be returned to the library clean, free of sand and dry. Please keep containers, particularly plastic bags, out of reach of children. Please wash toy containers if they are dirty. How to join the library. You can turn up to any Toy Library sessions. And become a member. The joining fees are set out below:. Membership as at March 2015 (Prices include GST). Concession and Grandparent Membership. Standard membership entitles you to borrow three toys per fortnight. Puzzles, games and count as half a toy.
