I’ve been back home for a while now, back here in Holland, but I still remember my Nepal trip as it were yesterday. Every day you eat rice and curry, in the morning and evenings. In the beginning this was a lot getting used to, coming from a healthy western diet. But after a few days you get used to it and actually start looking forward to the different curries that Nepal has to offer.
