Since I’ve been trying to be more active and healthy a big part of it is preparation. If I know I’m going out to eat I try to make sure the rest of my day is balanced and look at the menu ahead of time to try to have a strategy going in. Shopping is a good way to get started. Don’t go to the store hungry! They even have a chocolate flavor. Day Trip to Malibu.

Even turkey eggs! When you go to a farmers market it’s best to have cash. Some vendors are using as wiper to take debit cards but cash best. Also bring your reusable bags or a basket. Since its a holiday weekend and they end of summer had a splurge and went to Sidecar Doughnuts. Here comes a fresh batch for us to enjoy! The bacon was even a little crispy. We cut up a few to share. That means a day off during the weekdays. I took the chance to go up to Malibu and visit the Getty Villa. We left The Getty Villa and drove North up PCH to go to Paradise Cove. I went here a few years ago for a wedding and have been wanting to visit again. The cafe is right on the beach and is amazing!

Saturday, June 27, 2015. Seth Wins at Morongo! The kids had another rodeo today and it turned out to be a very special one for them both. Next week, for the 4th of July, the top three riders of each division has the opportunity to ride with the big boys at the PBR Lancaster. Well, today both Seth and Elsie became the top three! Seth covered his bull calf for the first time and WON in his division! Elsie didn't cover her bull, but she did have the longest ride of the day, giving her 3rd place in points.

If you are near such a facility, they could really use the following items: bleach, Vitamin B-1, Dish Soap, Vegetable Oil, Corn Syrup, Laundry Soap, Laytex Gloves, Outdoor Flood Lights, Hose Nozzles, etc. Standing in front of a blow up Elephant Seal. Friday, June 26, 2015. Lake Gregory with the Grandparents. We met up with my parents yesterday at Lake Gregor up in the mountains. The kids had tons of fun riding the water slide and playing on the inflatable's out in the middle of the lake. Kya was brave enough to go down the slide head first! Seth rode it like a pro. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Kya's Double Digit Birthday! Hard to believe how much she has changed in 10 years. On the day of her birth she was 9 pound 8 ounces and 22 inches long. On the day of her 10th birthday, she was 64 pounds and 4 foot 7 inches. Our own beauty queen. May you always know how much your are loved by God and your family. Our very elegant table.
