Let's talk about what us girls love. My life and Personal Photos. Thursday, August 29, 2013. I started eating clean last Feb of this year. For me that means, less processed food, sweets and junk food. I prep meals ( will post next time) and cook my meals so I know how its cooked ( less oil, salt and sauces ). Above photo is my version of shrimp salad, below is an example of my breakfast.4 eggwhites, 1 yolk, multigrain bread and mushrooms. Of coursem lots of Tabascol.lol. The main aim of the tournament was to create hygiene awareness to them and the kibera. Community, through foot ball,dance and music.On 16th September we also had a social day called jiamini. For dancers in the east lands of Nairobi, we had different young dancers and rappers from kariobangi, korokocho, huruma, dandora and mathare. jiamini.
