Team to Monrovia, Liberia Jan 10 - 20, 2009. Monday, January 12, 2009. HELLO TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY: We arrived safely yesterday at about 9 pm Liberian time. It was a long and grueling trip, but 34 hours after we started, we got to the complex in Monrovia. Today we went to St. Matthews school. They were all waiting for us, and they had a special assembly in our honor. They are all so excited and happy to have us with them. Jeff and Ann Camden said. January 12, 2009 at 6:38 PM. Team to Monrovia, Liberia Jan 10 - 20, 2009. Tuesday, January 6, 2009. A typical work day. We hope to arrive in Liberia this Sunday. On Monday, our work day will begin. We have been given an approximate idea of what a day will entail:. Leave compound approximately 8 AM. About 30 minute van ride through town. Arrive at worksite and get to work! Eat lunch at the school. Leave around 3 to 4 PM or later. Our evenings will be free to share with others, blog, and relax. January 7, 2009 at 7:48 AM. 9 days to go!

Team to Monrovia, Liberia Jan 10 - 20, 2009. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. This will be a very brief posting. It is now 4:00 Am Tuesday Jan 20 and we just arrived home. Praise the Lord! There were flight delays in Brussels and in Newark, but we made all connections. Thanks go out to Merle Heckaman from Walnut Creek for meeting us at the Indianapolis airport in the Walnut Creek bus and driving us back to Warsaw. We are currently anxiously getting ready to go to Monrovia - clothes are being purchased (it will be hot), vaccines have been injected, passports and visas obtained, books being read, and prayers being said.
