The fact that my heart came alarmingly close to stopping is reason enough to not want to keep this incident close. Tyson, Alli, Brycen and Carter. Thursday, September 26, 2013. Papa Murphy's Preschool Tour {Brycen's First Field Trip}. This morning was Brycen's first field trip. He and his preschool class (as well as the afternoon class) went to Papa Murphy's to take a tour and make their own pizzas. It was so much fun and the kids loved it! Carter was such a good boy, too. I held him during the tour and took pictures. He seemed to enjoy the different surroundings. A little pre-tour huddle. Putting on the pepperoni.

Life in St George. Friday, November 5, 2010. So, Jacob taught 5th grade today and said all the kids asked him to eat lunch with them. He opted to eat lunch alone in the quiet classroom, then go play football with them at recess. I found the funniest note written to Jacob by an admiring student (I mean who didn't have a sub crush? Wednesday, June 16, 2010. But for one child, it worked. We struggled throughout the school-year to get him to do the work, to then turn the assignments in - with his name on it! To bring homework home AND complete it, and to care that this was important. In spite of being smart, he just didn't seem to care this year that he was becoming a "D student." Monday, April 4, 2011. April 2 and 3. I love General Conference! Is that too nerdy to say public-ly? We began watching Conference a little late (Miss KD and Miss MK had a birthday party to attend and so their father took them and I felt the need to "organize myself and prepare every needful thing" so I checked on the bathrooms the children had cleaned and vacuumed, organized and cleaned so as to feel at peace as I watched Conference during the weekend).
