I am sure this one will have native support for OS X, such as Growl notification system and picture preview with Quick Look. Another good news is that @ CSSlayer. Brings us the QT port of Hotot. It’s more friendly for KDE users and Windows users in deed. With the power of QT, it’s possible to bring about a Windows version of Hotot. I am sure these two versions will meet you soon.
