Thoughts from a guy with nothing but time. Sunday, April 25, 2010. But on to the Avetts. I have been dying to see them live since I first heard the 2009 CD "I and Love and You". Hands down this was my album of the year. Great songs and fantastic production by Rick Rubin (Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers). Making the Streets Safe. 1) Upon retirement, you have to turn in your license. 2) You can however get a "retired" license that requires the following steps: you are only allowed to drive to either the supermarket or hospital and no highway driving. 3) You can not drive at night or peak traffic hours (7am-10am and 4pm-7pm). 5) Every year you must retake the driving exam, as well as an eye check. 6) Insurance coverage must be the maximum.

Thoughts from a guy with nothing but time. Monday, May 17, 2010. The run on Sunday sucked. I forgot to throw my stuff in the dryer the night before and had to wait a hour later to get moving. I ran by a temperature display and it said 92. It was a scorcher. It was about a slow 9 minute pace. Overall it was a good start to getting back into the groove. Thursday, May 13, 2010.
